If you are lazy, READ WHAT IS IN BOLD. It'll give you the main gist.
---------------------------------------------
If you want something, ASK!
I realize my stocks are quite limited. If you want a slightly different take on a photo I already have, or anything else, feel free to ask.
You don't need PERMISSION before using my stock
Please tell me after you use my stock so that I can look at what you've created and fav it, but you don't need prior permission. Either send me a note, e-mail, or comment on the picture used (I would prefer you didn't leave a message on my main page, I'd NEVER see it...). Unless the stock contains a human face that is still recognizable in the final product, you may also post it outside of dA, though I would appreciate knowing where it is.
Please, CREDIT ME!
In your deviation description, please credit me, with either a link to my main page or, preferably, a link to the photo you used. If you sell the deviation as a print through dA, you do not need to credit me. If sold outside dA, credit would be appreciated, but if it just doesn't seem practical, don't worry about it. Speaking of which...
Feel free to SELL PRINTS!
Have at it. The only exception is when the stock you used has a human in and you can still see their face.
If you can see my model's face, REQUEST PERMISSION
I will request permission from the model, as well as look at your deviation, and make a decision. Once I both meet approval, you are free to sell prints or feature them outside of dA. If the face is obscured, cropped off, or otherwise not recognizable AT ALL, then you are free to use it just as you would a non-model stock. If you are unsure at all, ask.
BE CREATIVE
A photomanipulation is more than just using some filters or special effects. Make it your own! Your piece should receive credit for your work, not my photography; HOWEVER, If you use the stock photo as a background or some such thing, feel free to use it unedited. (hint, my trees make great backgrounds!)
OTHER STUFF...
-Do not use it for anything suggestive or obscene. If it is being used in a picture with any kind of nudity or sexual connotations but you still think it is truly art, please ask me before uploading!
-Commercial art: get permission first! Chances are I'll say yes, but please ask. Tell me where you will be using it, and where it will be distributed.
-If you have trouble contacting me, try me at Magenta-moop. This is especially helpful if you need an e-mail from me to sell a print.
